How can I save a customer’s information through the app?

Saving customer information is useful when you have repeat or returning customers. If you have saved their details, you can select them from the customer's list and execute the transaction speedily.

ChargeStripe facilitates adding customer information to your Stripe dashboard in few easy steps. The customer details are saved with Stripe safely and are accessible on the app at the time of transaction processing.

Here's how you can add a new customer detail or view the existing customer list on the app:

  1. On the payments page, where you select the option for collecting payment, select the 'Card Entry' option.

  1. On the next page, after pressing the 'Charge' button, you'll see the button to 'Select Customer' or a toggle to 'Save Customer'.
  2. Perform the selection or save the new customer data using the toggle.

  1. Complete your transaction by pressing 'Charge'.

This should save your customer data.
